- Defects & Printing Issues:
Our team is dedicated to delivering a flawless product. However, if you receive a canvas with a defect or an issue with the image printing, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll investigate the concern and, if validated, arrange for a return or replacement.
- Custom-made Prints: Each Powsters canvas is crafted with care and tailored specifically to your order. Given the custom nature of our prints, we do not typically accept returns. We hope you understand that this policy ensures we maintain the highest standards while also being sustainable and efficient in our operations.
Refund Policy:
- Eligible Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned defective product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
